Join us for the 24th Annual South Perry Street Fair for a full day of local flavor, live music, handmade goods, and community celebration in the heart of the South Perry District.

Continuing from 2025, the fair moves to September to create a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Expect a vibrant mix of diverse vendors, delicious food, talented local performers, and the welcoming neighborhood spirit this event is known for.

When do applications close?
Applications for vendors, performers, musicians, and food trucks close July 1.

What are booth fees?
Booth fees are dependent on the size and type of booth but start at $175. See vendor or food truck application for details.

Is electricity provided?
Electricity is not provided; please specify in your application if you plan to bring a generator

Are pets allowed?
YES! We love seeing your furry friends 🙂 Please keep all pets on a leash while attending the street fair.
